Hi girl abaut briestfeeding.Hu got pain first week?What do you do to avoid pain?

I was in agony breast feeding I'm not really sure If you can do anything for pain but eventually the pain goes apparently Xx @inesa35

I had pain on one nipple I used nipple balm on it and used the other one and expressed on the painful one

Use cold compress to soothe the pain
