Wide awake can’t sleep cause my nose is stopped up ...what can i take?

Robitussin is fine I was using afrin nasal spray last up to 12 hours I swear that's the only thing that gave me relief @motherofthree87

The Theraflu stuff is safe and helped me when I had A REALLY bad cold recently, and couldn't breathe.
