Are you supposed to take prenatal ONLY while breast feeding or can you still take them even if your not breast feeding and if yes for how long?
I'm not planning to breast feed but would you ladies recommend breast feeding for the first time or straight onto bottles? Everyone keeps telling me different and I need advice! 😓
