It's illegal to fire you or not hire someone for being pregnant. I was 16 weeks in an interview for a clinician position. I came out in the interview and told them straight out. Not only I got the position. In the interview, they discussed if I was willing to work from home on leave. It's a part time position so the fact they were asking why I wanted part time and being a mom was a coincidence!

They can't fire you for being pregnant !! But like @mamalove563, said you should tell them depending on your job . If your doing stuff that can put baby at harm like heavy lifting chemicals etc than you have to if not report it when your ready too
Legally, in all 50 states, they can’t fire you. But, they may find another reason to push you out. I’d keep it quiet (Unless your doing heavy lifting, cleaning with chemicals, or something that is good for you while pregnant.)
