I had a c section the 3rd of this mouth and I was wondering if I am allowed to sit in a warm bath for a little bit no rude comments please this was my first c section?

I didn't for like 2 months. The mental image freaked me out too bad. Have you had your check up yet? Obviously not 6 weeks, but I went back after a bit to make sure I was healing well I believe.

My suggestion is wait. Call your doctor and ask them first. If you aren't healed you can develop a bacterial infection at your incision sight from the water.

I remember them saying no baths until the stitches were gone, but a shower was okay so long as I just let the water run over it.

You're not supposed to until the stitches and or staples are gone, because if they are they degradable one's the water will make them degrade sooner and you don't want that if you haven't healed yet.

Give yourself a sponge bath. Your incision needs to stay dry to avoid possible infection.
