I’m going to take a wild guess and say egg nog isn’t safe for when you’re pregnant?

As long as it’s from the store you’re ok

As long as it's store bought and pasteurized it's okay! My only advice, is moderation! I didn't use moderation and omg, the heart burn, stomach ache and gas was so brutal. Lol

@halifax6, haha I like egg nog, but I can’t stomach a lot of it. I only buy those little half gallons of it this time of the year and that’s it’s for me. My boyfriend will end up drinking all of it🙃

@kcamps it was brutal. I was up almost all night with a horrible stomach ache! lol I only got one of the small pints, and I drank the whole thing in like a few hours, and I haven't allowed myself any more. Lol

@halifax6, oh my goodness, that’s terrible! I would imagine it’s just all of that dairy, I can honestly only imagine that pain😩 sorry you went through that but thank you for letting me know before I dive into a glass of it
