How come people tell you what you should be feeding your child, but no one tells you how. I had so much help when it came to breastfeeding, but when I had to exclusively pump, they gave me a bottle and told me to feed her. That's it. Now I'm sitting here googling how to know if I'm over feeding her, how to hold the bottle so it's not drowning her. This is so stressful.

Look up pace feeding and that age is usually about 4oz every 2h

@kambam, she's been going longer than that today. And I believe I was over feeding her before. So idk if it's normal to be going 5 hours between feedings now.

You're giving breastmilk correct? As long as 3h would be okay but it depends on her diaper count. If she's making enough pee diapers. And always be sure to burp after every ounce or so.
