@kellbell176, have you tried mints? They seemed to help with the nausea for me. Ginger ale also helped and just try to eat any time you don’t feel nauseous... always try and take advantage of those times! Hopefully yours goes away soon now that you’re in the second trimester! If not maybe bring it up to your ob
Yes my whole first trimester I was like that. I couldn’t stand food lost a bunch a weight worried about baby. So I started just snacking on healthy things when I was up to it. Nuts, veggies, fruit and cheese. And I also bought meal replacement shakes like ensure and equate to replace my vitamins and made it a point to take my prenatal. At the end of the day the baby will take whatever it needs from u to survive the nutrients are mostly for you to replenish and feel good.
