Tylenol and a warm bath at this point they won’t do much I’ve had pelvic pain since 25 weeks and it only gets worse

@mommy2be2018, your body is shifting and preparing I get anxiety from the pain I get on the bed and get in like a doggy position and rock my hips it helps to stretch and relieve
