Sorry ladies I started researching and feel asleep.

The car won't start. Lights and stuff came on. It makes the Ruhr ruur sound when I turn the Stwich. Then also we got snow in this part of Georgia which is rare. So I am assuming its the harsh temps.

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom I admit we both "really drive" our cars. Her SUV is a 04. It has survived my sis 4 kids and many out of state road trips.

Cold temps are terrible for cars. I work at a Subaru repair shop and live in a cold ass part of California where we get dumped on snowise and lots of cars come in with starting issues, Belt squeaks, etc. if there’s a way to check the charging system on your car that might be a good place to start. Probably not the battery- maybe alternator or starter? For Subaru’s you’re supposed to get them tuned up every 30k miles- not sure about any other car’s service schedule but you’d have to see if you’re due for a tune up.

Thanks will call my dealership. And I had my alternator and battery replace almost 2.5 years ago. I know my particular Chevy its recommended to replace battery in 3-4 years. But I never knew about the charging system. Thank
