Well the most embarrassing thing of my entire life just happened to me. 🙃

So, my grandma came to pick the baby up this morning. Usually I take her to her, but she was already out and about so she just came to pick her up. I’m standing there, getting Isabelle dressed, aaaand...I just black out. Hit the floor. Hit my head on the door so that was nice.

So my grandma is like, freaking out, bitching at me for not taking care of myself (pretty sure it was a blood pressure drop, I have hypotension), for not eating enough, not taking my medicine, and I just throw up EVERYWHERE. Out of the blue.

Y’all ever seen that episode of family guy where they take the ipecac and are just puking everywhere for a good solid minute? Yeah. That was me.

Isabelle’s just sitting there with this disgusted look on her face and my grandma is just immediately like, “You are NOT going to work today. You are NOT.” And this 68 year old woman, short and stumpy and almost half a foot shorter than me, DRAGS my gross ass to bed and takes my temperature, makes me tea, cleans up all my puke, and then CALLS MY BOSS to tell him that, in short, I have the plague, and I’m not going to make it in.

MY GRANDMA. CALLS MY BOSS. And then takes Isabelle to her house so that she doesn’t get sick again. And David’s just snoring through it all.
