VENTING
My no good ex (son dad) want to get a " review" of his child support. He just now started making payments for one month n out of two years ( from the court order been in affect)So he think he can reduce or get out of child support. OMG my son is seven years old n out of the seven years my son so far got one month of ANY KIND OF SUPPORT from his dad. I mean really? They had to force him to pay what I been getting. Then he want to review the case. Smh my son don't deserve this. He don't deserve a dead beat dad. I'm so mad. This fool want to get out of paying, don't acknowledge our son as his, told the judge when we went to court that he want to give up legal rights to our child, n then had to be forced to pay support. This is the same guy that abused me when we was together for 3 years n constantly cheated on me when we was together n literally almost killed me n our son when I was pregnant with our son. I just so mad. He never seen our son my son never seen him or heard his voice.

Let him review the case, they'll have him pay everything he owes so he'll only screw himself 😂

I figured that too. I also think it's a way to run again....Not sure. My mom told we to not worry to let them see how much he owe again to get a clear understanding why he hasn't been paying. He have to show he income for atleast six months to a year. I'm just upset bc he keep trying to run from my son. It's bad enough he don't want anything to do with him but now this...smh.

@saniyyahhasan, exactly and I'm really sorry you're going through this :| everything will work out in your favor so you have nothing to worry about. He's gonna look like a dummy in front of the judge. I feel bad for your kids cause they have to go through this too :|

Yea my hubby just see him as a joke from my past but I thinking of my son. I never told him anything about his dad just that my hubby is not his real dad n I leave it as that. I never told him that his dad don't want anything to do with him just that my hubby loves him as his own. I use to baby my son bc of having no bio father but now he don't see it like that he call my hubby dad bc my hubby is all my son know smh it's me that is upset about everything

@saniyyahhasan, that's so sweet your son calls your husband dad, that means he genuinely loves him and the ONLY person missing out, is your ex. I wish I was more help but I'm not :[
