Idk if any of y'all are nannies. But I gotta question. So I have a schedule I get taxes taken out ECT. But one of the parents travels for work like once or twice a month. And the mom works for a dealership. Well this happens to be a week that the dad travels and mom went back to work. And I got a text at 445 saying to come in when possible so I got to work at 7am and well I was supposed to be off at 7pm so far I'm still here. What would y'all do in this situation? I make amazing money.

Maybe something is going on, have you asked them why they’re late ? If this isn’t a frequent thing I’d wait it out and see what’s going on
It could be anything from a family emergency to having a blowout ect ect .
Also if they’re good people they’ll compensate you for your extra time

I know I get paid for the extra time. They're like family I usually know what's happening @taradee17 I got hold of her she had to finish paper pm work for her clients sense she's a finance manager for a dealership
