My doctor told me I had to stop breastfeeding now that I'm pregnant but its not going to be that…

My OB said it was fine if I keep breastfeeding..

@lifewithlynniejade88 idk if its because of my circumstances or what but I'm going to have to continue until she will accept a bottle

I've tried weaning mine. She just ain't having it. Lol she goes to sleep with it & wakes 3-5 times a night wanting it still. I've cut back during the day but she will pull at my shirt & holler sometimes for it. It's hard. What are your circumstances?

@lifewithlynniejade88 lol the same. She won't take anything but boob. Acts like I'm murdering her if i try to give a bottle

I read ur posts. Looks like u got pregnant before u got ur tubes tide. I got pregnant around October 20th (not sure on exact date) & I'm 7w4d.

@lifewithlynniejade88 also up every couple hours at night too

Lynnie never took a bottle but will drink out of her 360° cup during the day & a cup she has with a straw on it. She eats real food but prefers breastmilk. I've been trying to make her eat more foods but it's not working too good. Lol she loves her breastmilk.

@lifewithlynniejade88 yes I was pregnant before my tubes were tied but it didn't show up on a test. Her feeding on me is making me cramp real bad. But I think she's going to be like your baby and not give it up for awhile.

That is crazy. U would think they'd do a blood test before any procedures like that. & Probably so, I heard girls were harder to wean.

It's completely safe to breastfeed while pregnant. Doctors don't have any breastfeeding knowledge. But if you want to wean that's your choice!

@kambam Ty. I don't like this doctor anyway he's a quack but I am hoping she's weaned by a year old

My girl weaned herself. By 6 months, she was done. Like put it in her mouth and didn't like it, pushed away the boob. I was 12 weeks pregnant I think....

Are you high risk? I've breastfed through my second and third pregnancy

@twice_blessed I would say keep breastfeeding until you find out if you are or not.
