What does contractions or Braxton hicks feel like I was told I already have mild contractions but have no idea what it feels like...

Mine felt like a dull back pain and really strong cramps in my pelvis that moved up through my belly. And the braxton hicks felt like someone squeezing my belly and then letting it go.

Contractions feel like period cramps and Braxton Hicks are more tightening and uncomfortable rather than painful they can be though for some ppl and they don’t get worse with time contractions do

In that case I got them at like 20 weeks than they stopped @shaneen32

I never got Braxton Hicks with my son so i wonder if I’ll get them with this one
