@jhndms, yup. He has really bad depression and does nothing but watch tv and smoke all day. I couldn’t even get him to fix our daughter lunch yesterday. Since I have a sprained toe and need to stay off of it and really didn’t wanna go downstairs.

I don’t let my husband come to bed when he stinks. Don’t care how tired he is from work, if he smells like balls and sweat he can jump in the shower for 5 minutes before bed.

Oh okay I thought maybe you were talking about your kid or something but I'm so sorry you're going through this you definitely don't need that that being 36 weeks pregnant maybe he needs an intervention with all family he needs to get himself together before your new baby or it's going to be really hard for you

@tasticmel, he’s going through really bad depression. It’s getting worse. He usually doesn’t even come to bed until I’m already passed out. But because of my foot and the constant peeing I’m up a lot and end up smelling him. I puked so much last night because of him. I’ve already taken it upon myself to physically ready the room for the arrival of our son. And now I’m gonna end up making sure he doesn’t even sit on the damn bed unless he’s showered within the last 4 days. I’ll admit I myself can only get a shower once a week. But it’s still something. I keep bribing him with sex and have even sent him pictures of my boobs on Snapchat. But he won’t even view the damn things. I’ve shaved my legs a couple times to get his attention and even told him if he showers he can have me. But he’s really bad off.

So sorry to hear this, you gotta talk to him. Its HARD AF to find time for stuff like that after baby gets there, unless you have a good support system. On top of your sanity that dirtiness isnt good for your immunity or babies. Good luck lady.

@jhndms, I’ve only been able to bathe my 3 yr old once a week for a while cause I can’t physically or emotionally handle it. She loses her mind when I wash her hair. 🙄 and I’ve been so depressed lately I’ve been doing everything possible to avoid taking it out on her.

But yeah talking about SO.

I’m not just 36 weeks pregnant. I’m measuring 2+ weeks ahead and he could come any day now. Plus I have a badly sprained toe from falling down the stairs last week. ):

@jdgregg, I’ve talked to him. But his depression makes him not care. He’s in a bad place. In the last 6 months I can count on one hand how many good days he’s had where he’s loved on me and played with our 3 yr old and smiled and told me he loved me. I’ve been trying to stay cooped up in the room. I’m very lonely but I’ve managed to clean the room enough to make it better for me and babies. Slowly working on our daughter’s room but luckily the only issue with her room is too many toys to clutter the room. Lol.

Right now our room is fine, just a little cluttered with some clothes and my daughters pulls ups and baby’s diapers.

@danny_pooh, I’ve tried talking and yelling and begging and crying and pleading. Nothing works. There’s no way to get him to a place that will give him meds. He will refuse to go.

Dang... I hope things get better with him. The faster he gets better the less weight you will have to carry on your shoulders and trust me I know what it's like being the one who has to do everything by her self and it gets very stressful...Good luck hun😘

@brianne well I understand depression, been fighting that battle since I was 12 am now 31. But any who I send lots of light and love to you both. And just remember, it can rain all the time. Eventually the sun will return and things will be good.
