Also I must have the only child in the world who hates sleeping next to his parents! Last night Zaid's cough sounded really bad, we were scared he was going to vomit in bed. So I decided let's bring him into our bed so he doesn't get scared if he does vomit. And we can sort him out. So I'm lying in bed feeling all warm and fluffy about being between my two boys in bed. And Zaid is wide awake. Keeps messing about. Annoying us. Every single time I get to the edge of sleep he does something to wake me up. Husband is knock out on the other side. I wake him and tell him after 20 mins that Zaid's not sleeping take him back. He goes leave him be. He's trying. I'm like mate I'm the one awake I know what he's been trying. So we try again for a bit. And still no. I have enough and wake hubby up and force him to listen. Zaid goes into his cot in his room and is asleep in about 10 minutes 😒. Obvs we ended up having much better sleep without him here but it's always the same with this child. Think you're doing him and favour and he throws it out like we're idiots. We got excited to let him sit with his car seat in the front seat once, thinking he'd enjoy it. He cried hysterically for 15 minutes until we moved over to the side and moved him to the back 😒 flipping children.

Morgan's never slept with us really. He came in our bed a few times when he went through being scared of monsters phase but generally he just messes about so he stays in his bed. Max on the other hand loves sleeping in our bed! Lol

@beck_yemm lol my husband is always moaning, I thought babies were for cuddles, why won't he just lie next to me and cuddle 😂

@sara-lou86 I'm not complaining tbh, it's nicer for us. I just find it weird that I have a child that I try to spoil him and he just hates it when I do lol.

Morgan was the same. I had all these thoughts that when I had my own child is hug them all day and be smothered in hugs & kisses. Well... Didn't really get that with Morgan 🤣 He's not the cuddly type. He has his moments. When he goes to bed he has to have kisses and cuddles. When he's poorly etc. Otherwise he doesn't sit still lol

@sara-lou86 funnily enough end of this pregnancy Zaid became all sorts of cuddly. He'd spent so much of the day just wanting to give kisses..... But ofc hitting his dad and kissing me 😂 and now baby is out the kisses do not stop for baby. I don't get anything!

Aw that's sweet though he's loving to his baby brother. A good start! Hehe. I don't remember Morgan's behaviour changing much. Wasn't that long ago but feels like a life time sometimes 🤣

@sara-lou86 its been fantastic with Zaid. He's starting to speak more suddenly, he's loving and protective and not too jealous. He's a little bit more naughty too but that's expected. We're trying to find that balance of actually keeping discipline in place and also not being too harsh.

Yeh best keep to normal as much as possible really. Before too soon he won't remember a time without his brother 🤗
