Think my blood sugars at a weird level i feel nauseous and my heart feels heavy

You a diabetic if so keep testing icam and test 7 times a day to try and keep them normal

The only way then to suspect blood sugar is not nausea, if you think it's the culprit you need to ask for a test with the doc, it can be very serious if it randomly spiked too high and stats high, the same goes if it's too low
