I was one day shy of 42 weeks when I gave birth. I had gained 65lbs and was extremely swollen.
I still say, without a doubt, that you get less sleep with a newborn.

I got less sleep being pregnant. By my 6th month I was super uncomfortable/in pain all the time. On top of getting up 3-4 times through the night to be. From birth my DD only woke up once a night. By 2 months she was sleeping through the night. I maybe slept 3 hours a night while pregnant and 6-7 hours with a newborn.

Newborn for damn sure. I may have woken up several times throughout the night while I was pregnant, but I could fall back asleep after using the bathroom.. Now I have to change a diaper and feed a baby and hope, sometimes beg, him to go to sleep. Awake never less than half an hour each time.
