Why do my lil brother keep hitting me in my stomach and calling me fat pants and fat etc. Yet know one knows that I'm pregnant , I don't doubt they some are suspecting such as my mom but even tho could this possibly mean that he knows ?

Someone tell me why he's been acting this way lately so aggressive toward me then wants to be nice like I want a hug and wrap his arms around my stomach or sometimes lay his head on my stomach meanwhile head only 8 years old.
