So can I seriously not take anything for this cold? my colds have always been the worst 😫

You can take cough drops for a cough, Tylenol for body aches and fever reducer, try tea with honey for a sore throat. I know it isn't much.

I took children's nyquil when I was sick last month. It doesn't have alcohol or any of the things a pregnant person can't have

Oh and homemade soup with lots of onion and fresh garlic cloves

@addeeisme, NyQuil isn’t recommended hun not because of alcohol but the ingredients only Tylenol cold or robitussin is acceptable during pregnancy
