Be careful where y'all use a heating pad while prego, your not supposed to use them too low, cause it can hurt your baby. Please read up on this before you do so.
No I didn't a referral but when yu are looking for a chiro yu have to make sure they are able to work on prego ppl cuz there is a special table they have to use

I had it bad with my son a heating pad and I went to the Chiro once a week to align my hips

That will be too low, and can harm or even cook your baby, I'd ask your doctor first personally.

And my sciatic pain was more in my upper thigh so I was fine to use the heating pad
