So I pumped 4 oz of breast milk into a bottle so my hubby could feed our little one. She only made it half way through so I have 2 oz left over. Can I keep it for her next feeding ?

The fridge one sounds like it could be right. Lol it's been a while since I did it. But I was pretty sure you could only leave breastmilk out for an hour.

@isabellesmomma212 the lactation nurses at the hospital said breastmilk can be left out at room temp for max of 6 hours and breatmilk stays fresh in the fridge for up to a week ...

Breast milk can only sit out for an hour no matter the temp in your house, 24 hours in the fridge and a couple months in the freezer if properly stored. Also after heating the milk, don't shake it, swirl it around in the bottle. All tips I learned while breastfeeding my daughter. 😁

Fyi 1 to 1.5 ounce per hour. so 2 oz is perfect for her. Just so you dont risk wasting next time.
