Talk to your pediatrician, mine said no. She said the inclined position they're sleeping in can cause their head to lean forward and cut off their airway. But I know a lot of parents that use it as a place to sleep for a couple months so I guess it depends on who you are and what your doctor says. There are still times where I use it so I can get a quick nap without waking her, but if something were to happen... I would never forgive myself.

@mamamiaof2, yeah she was born with a cleft lip, cleft palate and a cleft in her upper jaw and would get choked so she had to sleep elevated.

@princessrose, we have a bassinet as well my husband doesn’t want her sleeping in the rock and play anyways
