@meg503, thanks girl....my SO was a bit suborn about the name as he is on most things although he liked it he kept deflecting & throwing out all these weird names then we had guests over and they voted on my name lol, he still didn’t say anything however a few days later he came home from work and said you know what Sam let’s name him Jameson Edward. Edward in memory of my deceased father it was his middle name.😪I can’t tell you how elated I was ❤️🤗😁 thank god he came to his senses or he talked to ppl at work either way I’m happy & he is as well 😊

And definitely and memory to hold on too.. me and my husband agreed on like two names and finally agreed on Scarlett and then his grandmom didn't like it so he tried changing it (wasn't letting him) he doesn't care for her middle name (Rain) but I told him I'm carrying her I should have the say in at least the middle name since the last name is his LoL. Men 🤦🏻‍♀️

@meg503, exactly!! I’m thinking the same thing here. I’m like I have twin boys with you one named after you which is Michael and one named after your father which is Nicholas then I was able to change the middle names so they weren’t jrs or the II. So Baby Michael middle name is Thomas after my father’s 1st name & Nicholas has his daddy’s middle name Gerard as I only thought it was fair that he have a part of his daddy’s name too. Btw That’s a beautiful name you two choose 💖 I ❤️it. If we had a girl we also were going to combine both our grandmothers names Josephine Elizabeth but this is my last and I’m done 4 boys later and this lil guy was a huge surprise for us. We were in shock I think till I started showing I think my hubby is still in shock i dont know but he’s def excited he’s having another boy 🤭😊

@meg503, I forgot to tell u my mil hates our baby name pick bc it’s not a family name from her family um I’m like he has ur last name and Dna isn’t that enough. My god how selfish can one be. Like I’m carrying the baby I’m raising ur grand babies that u never come see I have to bring them to u, u never call them and do nothing for them or us she talks behind my back and rt in front of me then tells me I’m her daughter not in law and loves me um no if that were true she wouldn’t say & do the things she does to hurt me and my family especially her own son so why should I name our baby what she wants just bc, sorry lady but nope... I’m thinking you had 3 kids of your own and have other grandchildren but nothings good enough for that destructive abusive woman makes me angry but I will not let it bother me it’s not worth it. Un freaking real right?!

@ash12, awe congrats. Any names yet?? My sis had our first girl of my side of the fam last dec she has a son as well and well me no baby girls but my mom & dad have only had girls so it’s weird that I have all boys and mom and dad have had 4 girls. Idk how it works but it’s gotta be hubby lol!! Also I’m the only one that’s had twins as well on all sides of the families. I got some kind of luck
