anyone know any good prenatal vitamins that don’t make you throw up and be super sick all day ?????…

I take these and they haven't made me feel nauseous like the other ones I've tried. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I use nataure made prenatals

What time of the day do you usually take them. I find that when I take them in the morning it makes me throw up, but it doesn’t bother at night

I also use nature made. But I take them after dinner right before I go to sleep so it doesn't make me sick

I use one a day prenatal gummies I chew them at night before bed

I asked my obgyn to prescribe me gummies, because I has the same problem. Their really yummy and worth it. I'd see if it's an option for you!

I took the prenatal one a day one. The one I got was a two pack had your prenatal and fish oil. I took them clear up till I stoped nursing.

And I always took mine in the Am.. Make sure you take them when you eat somthing cuz I found all vitamins make me sick if I don't take with food.

There's a gummy prenatal vitamins..you can buy them anywhere.

You can take Flintstone COMPLETE vitamins or the ones that say IRON on them. I them with my last pregnancy, they taste weird this time around lol

I did gummys, nature made gummy and took them after dinner and was good.
