Just thinking about when to stop breastfeeding, I ideally want to continue for as long as possible but when I return to work in a few months it will be near enough impossible to express at work as a know I will not get time, being a teacher, I hardly get time to eat my lunch never mind sit for 15/20 minutes expressing.. Any ideas on how I can get around this? I don't want to lose my supply. 😕

You should speak to your head and theu should allow you breaks to express. Are you primary or secondary?

@kayteamay I didnt realise you are allowed specific time to express. I'm in a primary, I just can't see how they'd let me our the classroom unless they find cover for me every day for little breaks.. I might query it with the head then. X

@kshelley definitely speak to your head. They could arrange for a TA to monitor your class.
