My daughter will STAY asleep on my chest, but as soon as I lay her didn't she wakes up

Try a swing? My daughter loves the swing, I hold her until she’s drowsy and I lay her down and put music on. The music knocks her out, sometimes I mix it up and use Pandora babies lullabies. They will do what you get them used to. They will adjust. I had the same problem and were doing much better.

Harley was the same way. And id let her fall asleep on me just so i can get some sleep too. Id just put a bunch of pillows around me so i wouldnt move. She stopped wanting this on her own at around 6 weeks though.
