So my little one is 1 year and I've been feeling kind if depressed and down and I feel bad because I'm a stay at home mom. I'm with my daughter all day and my anxiety has been really stopping me from leaving the house with her. I have no motivation. I've fallen into a routine and I feel guilty for not going outside with her more. I don't really know what to do with her outside besides go for a walk. She doesn't like the swings or the slide at the park so that's out. Does anyone at all understand my situation?😧🙁

Are there any playgroups in your area? You might be missing that adult conversation and your daughter would have fun playing and interacting with other kids

@brynsmommie I don't know of any. I live in a pretty small town. I wouldn't even know how to look any up. And I don't drive so it would have to be within walking distance from me

Yes I understand, just the thought of going out as a mom terrifies me and hes not born yet

Ya I don't know if they would have one in a small town, if you have a library or community club you could see if they do anything there. Sorry you're feeling like that! I have a hard time being home with kids I prefer to get out and about....anyone else that lives around you with kids that might want to do a ply date?

@brynsmommie I have a best friend with a baby 3 months older than my baby but their naps and stuff don't go line up and shes pregnant again which is keeping her busy as well. It's hard to find time to get together

I believe I've starting getting anxiety after having lil man. Even now that he's in daycare I have take the bus t to pick him up . And the bus is always full of a bunch of people. Because of the school . Every day I over think the situation. I start work in a month. I'm scared to start back . I work at McD's so there's so much that has changed . I'll be the new crew . Oh to top it off I don't fit in my uniform I've been so lazy .maybe try a mommy and me class . Just so that you have to go out . We gotta force ourselves. I need to be on a serious diet 🐷🐖🐽

@dizz_d If I could afford to send her to daycare I would because at least that way she interracting with other babies and kids. So because I can't I want to at least be able to bring her outside. It's her first christmas that she's alert you know so I want to bting her sledding and all of that but it's hard to put clothes on that aren't sweats. I couldn't imagine having to take a bus. And I dkn't know any mommy and me classes around here. My town is pretty small. I haven't heard of any. I want to do these things but it's almost debilitating. I don't know how to push myself to get out of my bubble.

@coltonsmommy17 it's a tiny bit cold for a picnic now but I see where you're going with it and it's not a horrible idea. I feel bad for her more than me. I shoukd be able to get past it. I'm the adult and her mama and I'm scared if I keep going on like his she'll inherrit the trait of being anti social and scared of life. I don't want that for her

@mommy1991, honestly im the same id rather be at home then take my son out because i get a lot of dirty looks but you could always do fun things inside! build a fort and have a picnic in there🤷🏻♀️ its getting cold out like you said and you dont want your LO sick
