It could be early signs of pregnancy but could also mean period is coming too. Try taking a pregnancy test.

@leiasmommy, I’ve never had the implant before. Did you doctor warn you of any symptoms or anything like that when you were getting it?

@leiasmommy, here is some side effect. I would take a pregnancy test to see. If it’s negative your period is probably coming soon. I would say if it doesn’t come in a few days after taking a negative test then I would consult your doctor.
