(Insert heavy sarcasm) what a great day. Had a bad day at work and drive home in a snow storm. Hubby starts some laundry as I go to draw a bath. He comes running upstairs saying stop the water, basement is backing up. (We have problems with tree roots) I go downstairs to find him piling in my clean cloths hamper a sewer wet rug so that is definitely getting washed again. I call our normal guy only to find out he just had heart surgery and will be out for 3 months. She gives me the number to his back up guy. Back up guy doesn’t answer. So now I’m sitting here waiting for a call back in a snow storms, waiting for the guy who lives a town over to call back and I can’t even relax in the shower or bath or even have a dam drink.
