Depends. You should have someone look at his and your taxes to determine the best return. If you're living together he will be head of household and also claim the baby.

Depending on how much you make he may not be able to.

My fiance claims both me and our son as Head of Household, since he covers more than 50% of my expenses. (I don't work so it's really 100% for us.) But I agree, you should talk to an accountant and see what the best option would be.

Doesn't matter though. He can claim you if you made under a certain amount and he provided for you over a certain threshold. I would do the math and see which gets you back more money and agree to split it 50/50

You can have it set up so a certain amount automatically goes into your account. Only agree to it if he's willing to do that. Otherwise dont
