Sat night our baby girl was sick and didn’t sleep more than 30 min from midnight on. I was exhausted to the point I started crying at 1030am and just woke up Dad saying help me. And he did. And I napped. But throughout the day I still just felt run down and drained. But around 230 I decided we needed to get out in the beautiful 78 degree weather. And it’s funny but the two hours we were outside in the grass was the best I had felt all day.
