The fathers job is to be the head of his family, set rules and boundaries and guide his family.

The mother’s job is to be the heart of her family, nurture her family and enforce the rules set by the head. Follow him and trust that he won’t lead his family astray.

The hardest job of all is the job of a single mother. We have to be both the head and the heart at the same time.
