I have a question I'm 2 weeks pregnant but it's been 2days that I've been bleeding like if I was in my period. But I don't have any cramps... what can it be?????????????!!!!!

I had a blood test done. It came out positive 2weeks

Any time you have abnormal bleeding, contact your OB, spotting is normally nothing to worry about but if it’s as heavy as a period that is definitely cause for concern.
