@isenhartmercedes11, I switch between my left and right all night long, I’m so uncomfortable, a couple of times a I wake up on my back but it’s nothing to stress about, just try to avoid it as much as possible. I was always a stomach sleeper and since 8 weeks it’s been uncomfortable so I’ve been trying to adjust to sides for a while now.
It is recommended to sleep on your left side, that’s where you get the best blood flow. Definitely don’t sleep on your back after 20 weeks of you can help it, it cuts off blood flow and would probably make you dizzy and feel sick. Right side is okay to sleep in but you don’t get as good of blood flow. It doesn’t really matter how you sleep until about week 20.
