@sharkbait, my fiancé blows his checks in whatever he wants but yet we still don't have our own place. Idk what I can do to open his eyes and grow him up 😩
I have the same problem. Try to catch him on his paydays before he can spend all the money up and go with him to the bank. Better yet, get a joint account and have him get direct deposit.
Start looking for a place and get all the information and check it out without him. Then come home and tell him how much it is and when the money is due.

Not to mention that his car broke down and I work from home he uses my car and pays for the gas only sometimes
