i think he was nervous. my husband didnt want to he wanted to wait the 6 weeks but i kinda pressured him 2 weeks later so we did but it was kinda awkward hes like u ok? does it hurt? tell me to stop if it hurts okay lol

@babeylarissa, that makes me feel better. Yeah, he wanted to wait the full 6 weeks too, and I'm close to 5 weeks PP now but I told him I wanted to and he kept saying "are you sure? I don't wanna hurt you. I don't want to mess anything up" so we did and idk like you said it was kind of awkward. I guess I just don't want it to feel loose or anything. But you're right. All signs point to him just being nervous. I guess it'll take some time to kind of relearn romance again. Lol.

just be patient & about down there well i asked my husband about that too cus i was kinda insecure about it & at first he said it was a little more loose (especiqlly cus it was a little early to have done it after i gave birth) but now we talk & he said it feels as before it just takes some time

And you sounds like me. I hate asking for help, and I cry when I have to because I feel like I should be able to do it all on my own. My husband told me "you're not a single mom. Please ask me to do things" but it's hard. I don't feel like I have ppd though. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Especially now. The first couple of weeks were hard. But I feel a lot better now.

Most men get nervous about having sex again after us giving birth. I think it’s normal. Don’t worry it sounds like your husband was just worried of hurting you that’s all. Talk to him about it.

He probably honestly didn't wanna hurt you. My boyfriend stops immediately if he so much as even thinks something is hurting me. The first time we had sex after baby girl was born I asked him about everything and he said it actually felt tighter than before so I wouldn't worry about him not liking it cause it's "loose" just be open and talk to him
