@britt16 @isenhartmercedes11 She is right! My mom also hates my hubby but he makes me happy and I have a loving family with him. Do what makes you happy, its your happiness not anyone else's

Do what makes you happy for sure, BUT I would be asking your mom what exactly she doesn’t like about him. My parents were never a fan of some of my boyfriends, but kept it lidded until they felt like they needed to tell it to me. And looking back on it, there was a lot of stuff I let slide that I shouldn’t have.
