She’s hyper but not like crazy hyper. And she has knocked over the girls a few times but always go to comfort them after she does it. We have her, 2 cats, a bunny and 2 mice 😁 they are all wonderful with the girls.

We have an Aussie doodle. Perfect size for my kids, has enough energy to keep up when they want to play, the perfect lapdog when they want to lounge. Temperament is great for kids and they're also extremely smart so incredibly easy to train.

@kkmamax3 (only speaking from personal experience) how fast their tails wags don't knock the kids over? And is yours hyper? My friend had 2. And cats.

Be careful with golden retrievers they are higher risk for allergic reactions but we had German Shepherds and labs

Golden retrievers for sure or even a husky. It really depends on the dog it's self. Littler breeds are a lot snippier
