@cameronsmommy17 I say it's most likely baby acne rather than heat rash only because you said it's in the one spot if it were heat rash he would probably have it on his body as well. If it's not heat rash from him being too hot it could be irritation from him sleeping all night with his face in the sheets on that side.

Kind of looks like baby acne to me. Could be a sensitivity to something weather, laundry detergent etc... But it doesn't look like anything major.

Heat rash pared with baby acne. I'd keep his face extra clean and turn the heat down

@cameronsmommy17, my daughter got that n dr told me not to do anything. I was putting lotion on it. He said that was the worse thing

Definitely baby acne. Can't do nothing for it but keep it clean. Use a wet wash cloth only when cleaning his face. All babies get it.

Its baby heat rash. Make sure he's not too hot and that milk doesn't get on his face. Breast milk can clog pores on the face too so it could be that
