Ladies please need some advice, so i feel like blood isn’t moving in my lower legs and they hurt a lot. I tried laying down putting my feet up and it helped a bit but pain is still there. I haven’t done gym or lot standing or walking . I haven’t gained weight from last week i lost 5 lbs so its not that . What do u guys think? Have u guys experienced this
