I had jury duty, called and said I couldn’t go because I had no one to watch my daughter. Simply faxed in her birth certificate after that and was excused. Call and tell them your situation you might get excuses but do not skip on going completely you’ll be arrested.
I sent a message back on the card saying that since I worked commission, missing a day or whatever of work would cause me to lose too much income, and I was excused. My fiance said he no longer lived in that county and they excused him.

They could put a warrant out for your arrest, but it's easy to get out of I've heard

If you don’t show up they send a warrant for your arrest. If you show up and tell the judge your situation you can be excused .

I went and was on a murder case. They let me lesve because i told them i felt uncomfortable lol
