Cps came to my house last night , because my 7 yr old daughter was asked at school how did she get stretches on her face , she said that I did it , according to her she meant to say her brother . The stretches are so tiny you can tell a baby did it . but they came out around 7:30 looked at my kids bodies made sure they didn't have marks or bruises , checked my house made sure we had lights and hot water, and food . This is the most humiliating thing I've ever had to go thru. Yes I punish my kids but never ABUSE . just a pop on the hand because I'm so soft when it comes to my babies . Now I'm going thru a child abuse case . I cried all last night

I'm sorry i know how you feel. I had my kids removed because my daughter broke her arm on accident and my ex made everyone believe my husband did it. When cps came to my house I was infuriated needless to say and I didn't cooperate with them. Four hours later they took my kids and I haven't seen much of my daughters in 16 months or my son at all. Cps is called too quickly and has too much power to remove children from their parents. My kids had to spend two weeks in foster care before they could even clear my ex husband to take them home. Stay strong. Seems like you have literally nothing to worry about. Your case will be closed after the first hearing when the evidence is presented.

I've been there! When my stepdaughter was 2 she had a scratch on her face from her brother and she said I did it -- in fact, I was the one who put medicine and a band aid on it. Of course DFACS gets involved -- house visits, interviews. But it's just a mandatory step -- they have to do it to make sure everything really is okay. The investigator told me not to worry. Once the embarrassment is over with it'll be okay.

Humiliating yes! Try 4 times! My ex in-laws are messy and have tried pushing abuse charges on us 4 times in the past 2 years. Every case dropped in a month but its embarrassing still. Praying for you 🙏

I'm praying for you hun. Just ride it out. I had a case also they came for one visit spoke with my kids told me it would be a case but it was shut shortly after. Keep being a great mom to your babies.
