i’ve come close to hitting 3 deer in the past month.. they’re all big ass bucks too. i better not…

I almost hit two at the same time the other night. I went right in between them, thank the Lord. Always terrifies me though.

@rikki.ferguson, oh yes they’re bad where i live right now. i came really close to hitting one tonight, i slammed on my breaks i didn’t even see him standing in the road until i came up the hill. so scary

@kartersmommyy oh wow. I'm glad you didn't hit it. I pumped my brakes the other night when I almost hit the two otherwise we probably would have hit them.

@rikki.ferguson, i’m glad you didn’t! i wish they weren’t so fidgety and unpredictable. then i wouldn’t be so scared driving at night!

@kartersmommyy same!!! Have you heard of the deer whistles you can put on your car?

@kartersmommyy I've never tried them but I've had people say it makes them stay away and someone else told me the sound makes them stand still.

@rikki.ferguson, does it whistle all the time? is it like one of those high pitched sounds only they can hear? lol i’m interested now

@kartersmommyy I think only they are supposed to be able to hear it. It's like the wind blows through them and makes them whistle.
