Have any moms not taken prenatal vitamins during their pregnancy? If so, was baby fine?

I kind of didn't for my last baby, and baby was perfectly healthy! Prenatals are chock full of scrappy filler ingredients anyway. Just research the nutrients in the prenatal vitamins that are important and figure out how to implement them into your daily diet via fruits and veggies:)

I had mine prescribed to me by my Ob but by the time I got into my 3rd trimester I kept forgetting and had almost a full bottle left by the time I had my son I continued to take them after that though because I was breastfeeding and my dr told me it would help

Oh and my son was fine!

It isnt about the baby, the vitamins are for you. the baby is taking vital nutrients from you and you need to replace them. If not your bones including teeth can become brital and sensitive, you can become anemic, dehydrated etc. the baby will be fine but drain you

I stopped taking mine for the past 3 months cause they made me nauseous. My ob said its better to not take them if they make me feel that way

I stopped taking them at 18 weeks. My son is a very healthy little man.

I didnt take any prenatal vitamans durning my pregnancy and my kids were fine it made me nauseous

I didn’t take any my last two times. My babies were extra healthy

I don’t believe in them - I did eat well, drink pregnancy herbal tea and drinks lots of water though. I mean what did women do back in the day ? 😅 they didn't have vitamins

I took mine the first 3 months and couldn’t take it anymore they made me sick and I just wasn’t up for it and so far I have a healthy baby, just eat healthy and drink plenty of water
