My routine with my daughter (while tv is off and other electronic devices are out of sight) bath time, pjs, milk, teeth brushing, story time, lullabies and she’s knocked out. If I don’t do story time I make sure to lightly massage her body-feet, arms, legs and back with lotion all while playing lullabies or singing them to her. I keep them playing while I do everything else for bed time. I really hope you find something that works. 😞

I put my oldest in his bed and give him his cup, and put the baby in his bed with a bottle and they both put themselves to sleep now... Some nights are rough, cause they like to play at bed time cause their beds are right by eachother lol

My husbands family never let him and his brothers cry so thats how he treast our kids (ill let them to a extent) but ill give my daughter a bath and let her watch tv while she drinks a bottle of milk then ill lay in bed with her till shes asleep some nights its in 10 minutes others its like a hour.. Not my fav way but it works in our house my son is only a month but ill prob try to get him to sleep by himself instead of me laying with him too. Try different ways because i used to rock her till she was one till i tried laying her down and just cuddling and it stuck i deffinatly dont recommend rocking them to sleep that long it was horrible

How about going out with him to buy a night light and you let him choose and add a teddy bear. Letting him know why your getting these things. Talk to him like a man (little man❤️)

Strict bedtime routine, wind down with a bath, book & playing in his room then keep putting him to bed at the same time. My son used to freak every time I put him in his crib & would wake up 6+ times a night but now he sleeps from 8:30/9-8am

Tell mine it’s time for bed. He gives us our night night kisses and take his stuffed animal to bed and we tuck him in and turn the night light on

My kids have always slept in the dark or with a nightlight since day one. You could try a radio with soothing sounds or music turned down low with a nightlight.

I just let mine know it's bedtime, kisses and hugs, tuck her in even though she kicks them off and leave a little light on. Then I give her a cup of milk

Mm no, crying doesn’t hurt him at all. You’ve gotta get him in the habit of not freaking out and throwing a fit once it’s bed time. It’s a struggle but if he cries, then let him. He’ll learn😊
