Anyone ever forgot if they took their prenatal vitamin and took another one?🤔or is it just me

I do all the time. Forget if i took it foe the day. My doctor told me if u forget if u took it or if u puked after taking one do not take another one. Missing a few days is better then taking two aday because u can over due it on the vitamins and it can be dangerous

Turn ur bottle up sides down when u take one
