Anyone else have a toddler who cries when they’ve eaten all their food and have none left or if…

Yup. I've started rationing his meals... Like, only giving him one thing at a time and then putting the next thing on his plate.

Damn i wish my son did this. I have to force him to eat most days. He eats hardly anythng ever

@caseysmommy92, when he won't eat I just put it on my plate and make like I'm going to eat it. Then he comes running.

@nomli we tried that ans doesnt work. He ate one bite of porkchop tonight and i was so happy lol he never eats meat. He ate alot of pasta tho

@caseysmommy92, my son would eat all day if I allowed it...definitely has his dad’s appetite lol. I could have worse problems, but man, this screaming thing is getting old quick 😬

@caseysmommy92, haha. Didn't work for my sister, either. He doesn't eat meat much. Every once in a while he'll forget what it is and will eat a few bites, but then no more for weeks.

@ashleynhthomas, Simon would too. He even goes to the fridge or pantry and bangs on it, like "feeeed meee!" (Insert reference to Little Shop of Horrors here.)

@ashleynhthomas prob doesnt seem like it but yur very lucky lol.its si stressful having a toddler who doesnt eat. I always gotta worry about if hes getting enough or not. Oh screaming is bad ill agree lol casey just started yelling no at me when i ask him to do somethng. Lol

@nomli casey will eat it maybe once every not.but he only takes a bite or two 😑 its so stressful lol

@caseysmommy92, that's why he still gets formula once a day, because all he eats is fruit, some veggies, cheese, cereal, and pasta. But boy, does he eat all that.

@caseysmommy92, oh my gosh my anxiety would be so obnoxious if Evan didn’t eat...you’re totally right, I’d rather be yelled at because he wants to eat rather than stressing if he’s had enough. Lol and I feel you on the “no” thing...Evan just learned that “yes” and “no” are opposites so when I tell him “no” he just calmly tells me “yes” 😑 lol

@ashleynhthomas girl its stressful af. Everyone keeps me he will grow out of it but hes always been picky. I thimk its because i started him off reallt late on actual food. As a ftm i didnt know u could start them at 6months. He didnt get actual food till he was almost 9 months. Its horrible i know but i think thats why hes like this

@caseysmommy92, It’s stressful as a ftm because you don’t know what you’re supposed to do and when you’re supposed to do it. Sending my best wishes to your little guy and hoping his eating habits get better! It’s no fun being a stressed out momma, I get that.
