My husband tells me all these plans of how he wants a kitchen island, anew dishwasher, and to move the table into the dining room (along with all the toys)....

My first response..."when are you going to finish one project.. you have the mudroom; the retaining wall, and we'll my sanity is limited on these projects!" I hope I have a finished mudroom this weekend (wishful thinking)!
